I recently took my car to Caliber for front-end damage after a recommendation from USAA, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. My adjuster, Armando, was outstanding. He thoroughly assessed the damage, clearly explained what to expect, and his estimated timeline was right on target. Throughout the repair process, he kept me updated on the progress every step of the way. When an additional damaged part was discovered, he let me know immediately and extended the completion by one day to ensure it was repaired properly. His customer service was excellent . He even offered to install my replacement license plate if I needed help. That level of care and attention made a great experience even better. Thank you, Armando, and the entire Caliber team, for your professionalism, communication, and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend your shop
