Little to no communication with Jorge Gomez. He would follow up only when I reached out to him. I was told that Progressive works directly with caliber collision so I had faith that this institute would do right by me. When I asked Jorge if paint was matched perfectly to the rest of the car, as I knew it required a pearl color. Jorge on numerous occasions mentioned my car was old and it was hard to match paint exactly. Work was completed before timeline in a very professional manner.
