Yes, I would recommend caliber collision. I would also tell the vehicle owner to know your car and to know what condition the body and the windows and the bumper and everything are in.

They did a good job on the repair itself, but they need to improve their inspection of the vehicle when it comes in I would suggest a checklist to make sure they cover everything and then afterwards I would suggest some sort of inspection on everything to make sure all the parts are put back together correctly. I really appreciated that they wash waxed and vacuumed out my car. It looked really nice.

This business went above and beyond to keep me in the loop updates constantly with the repairs any delays etc. I was extremely satisfied and very happy with the way they went Above and beyond to wash and clean my car. I will recommend this place to others if they need services for body shop. They did not have to wash and clean my vehicle but this was the something that impressed me and literally sealed the deal as far as doing something for the customer that didn’t have to be done this washing and cleaning my car really impressed me and it looks like a brand new vehicle It’s was something I never expected thank you again.

I was not made aware that my truck was physically driven back by an employee from Harlingen service center. I will investigate if it was driven to the Harlingen service center. On the passenger side of the truck bed the paint appeared to look like the surface of an orange, heavly in a few particular areas. The Estimator From the Corpus Christi SPID and Everhart Service center is having it buffed. Once again delaying my truck an additional day. I am now over $1000.00 out of pocket for a rental. I appreciate the waiving of my deductible of $500 it helps. My main issue is the additional miles that were added to my truck one way that I know of, until further investigation. When notice was given "the driver will be leaving Harlingen service center today after 12pm" I was under the impression that it was being transported safely and professionally on a approved over the road transportation vehicle..not an employee uninsured on my insurance policy
