From the day we dropped off the Bronco, our experience was awesome. Explanation of the process was clear and straightforward. When we picked it up, the Bronco looked brand new like before and we are very satisfied. Everyone that was involved did an excellent job. Thank you all.

The front desk reception lady was not very courteous at times and would hang up on us every time we called, then she would just say oh the call dropped, or she wouldn't say anything and just straight transfer to the pirre tech , like she didn't want to talk to us or she was upset, but the repair techs always gave great customer service when speaking to them on the phone , it the front desk reception lady that was often rude at times and did not display very much good customer service,
