I was not made aware that my truck was physically driven back by an employee from Harlingen service center. I will investigate if it was driven to the Harlingen service center. On the passenger side of the truck bed the paint appeared to look like the surface of an orange, heavly in a few particular areas. The Estimator From the Corpus Christi SPID and Everhart Service center is having it buffed. Once again delaying my truck an additional day. I am now over $1000.00 out of pocket for a rental. I appreciate the waiving of my deductible of $500 it helps. My main issue is the additional miles that were added to my truck one way that I know of, until further investigation. When notice was given "the driver will be leaving Harlingen service center today after 12pm" I was under the impression that it was being transported safely and professionally on a approved over the road transportation vehicle..not an employee uninsured on my insurance policy

No normal person would engage with a company that is going to spam them with workload after an error was made in the job.

I’ve gotten 30 (Yes 30) messages to do a survey and the job on the truck isn’t finished yet. And it’s no big deal that it isn’t finished, but it’s absurd to spam customers when there was an error at the shop and I’m in charge of rectifying it.
