On the positive side, the facility was clean, and the initial text updates kept me informed during the early stages of the repair, which was appreciated. However, the final repair quality was disappointing: the vehicle wasn't thoroughly cleaned (appearing hastily wiped with a wet rag), the interior was dusty (with vents blowing out debris upon A/C activation, suggesting inadequate protection during work), and I had to return the next day (08/01/2025) for a misaligned panel due to subpar craftsmanship. Communication also slowed at the end, with delayed responses, and the staff's insinuation during my return that I caused the issue felt dismissive rather than helpful. While they accommodated my after-hours pickup and rental situation, better final inspections, consistent updates, and empathetic service would make me more likely to recommend it confidently.

The car was kept until after hours for 'final touches' like washing, but it appeared haphazardly cleaned with a wet rag, leaving it only semi-clean. The interior was partially vacuumed, yet the seats (especially the rear headrests) were very dusty, and a significant amount of dust blew out of the A/C vents when turned on—suggesting the windows or doors may have been left open during sanding or other work. Additionally, I had to return the next day (08/01/2025) due to a misaligned panel sticking out, which raised questions about the craftsmanship and final inspections. More thorough quality checks and better protection protocols (e.g., sealing interiors during repairs) would greatly improve satisfaction.
