Had to take the car back to recalibrate reverse camera. Picked up car with dead battery and a squeaking engine belt. Representative never got back to me on replacement battery. I also was not contacted prior to pickup about the issues. They had my car for over a week. I had to jump my car in order to get it off caliber collision parking lot.

I can admit that this facility is about their word. Adrian stated that he would have my car ready before going out of town, and to my surprise my car was done close to my lunch hour! Very pleased with the front staff (sorry for not getting your name) but her face is key to this facility…very welcoming and very professional! 10/10 will return if any body work is needed. THANK YOU!
