Having experienced a repair prior to this one was why I came back the second time. You guys had already performed excellently and you did it again! I was very happy and completely satisfied with how everyone performed there at Caliber Collision from the receptionist named Patty, to the repair named Joshua, the driver who brought my car named Roman and everybody in between has five stars if you ask me! Great job guys keep it up and you'll be in business for quite a while.

I am concerned with the supplemental invoice being excessive/unnecessary — was a very low impact collision (inside a car wash, low speed, my car in neutral). Otherwise, the staff were polite, professional, and timely.
