The inside of the car still smells like paint, but I still love to recommend this place in regards to repairs because repairs are reasonably priced and efficient.

Steering wheel is out of alignment and car wash scratched 3 out of 4 door handles and underneath handles rear lights also have scratch marks. I assume this is because it is an automated wash where they do not clean the brushes regularly. I did the same thing with my old vehicle by using Quick Quack Car Wash, the scratches were way worst and contributed to a loss of value in my vehicle when i traded it in.

I was low on oil when the vehicle arrived, instead of adding an oil and filter change to the total, i now have to take it to yet another shop just to have it changed, the steering wheel is grossly misaligned, the carwash scratched 3 out of 4 doors including the rear lights, and it took 4 weeks to get my vehicle back. All in all, I will now pray and be the holiest driver on the road because I never want to use this service again. My service advisor didnt do anything wrong and what repairs were approved, did get done right. But it was handled with the interests of Caliber Collision in mind, not mine. To be without a vehicle while you are still paying on it is absolutely outrageous, I walked so many miles that i tore holes in my shoes, i am also a veteran who has had prior injuries from service which i hate to bring up, but to be so dependant on walking and not even being able to walk is something, I dont wish on my worst enemy. Its 6 miles to the grocery store and back, It must've been a crazy sight to see a guy with a rucksack (big backpack) limping on the road in the most visible pain. All that just to receive a vehicle that i have to put right back into the shop. I also have a daughter in school and just to get her there took miracles, FOR 4 WEEKS.
