The communication was too notch in our book. We were made aware of everything that was going on with our car. Josh listened to our concerns and didn’t try to make excuses for what we were saying was wrong with our car. He paid attention and found the solution. That’s something that was key with us as we wanted our car back the way it was before being hit. The work looks to be top notch as well. It looks like it did before being hit. We are happy with the results and were made aware of the nationwide warranty which made us feel like the repair will hold up. Overall it was a great experience.

Communication was excellent from the start. Josh explained everything that would be done and he listened to our concerns. He didn’t just dismiss what we were telling him. He actually listened and explained how he would approach the fixing of our concerns. The work was top notch and it appears our Mustang is as it was prior to the damage.
