We r very pleased with the repair but not how long it took to get it done. Had to be done by a specialist. Was supposed to get a call but did not. I happened to call Caliber and was informed the specialist was there that day. I was able to drop off our 4Runner while he was there.

We were originally given a 6/12 completion date. Actual date 6/26. Wrong part apparently delivered two different times and a different part was apparently not delivered until the week of 6/21. Not sure where the breakdown was in all of this (estimating the completion date, ordering parts, a supplier problem, etc.) but the whole experience was less than satisfying and certainly will prompt me to look elsewhere should we need future auto repairs.
