Seams between new and existing (big gaps to small gaps) are not consistent and protrude out past existing. Paint is not smooth at sone locations.

There was a problem with deductable between what Erie was tellng them on phone ($200) which is what i was told and what was shown on computer. When Harrisonburg Collision called Erie they told her $200 not $500 and a conversation was had and Harrisonburg Collision was worried that they would be stuck for the $300 difference and would not accept the $200. Made me feel like I was trying to get away wirh something. I paid the $500 (or i was probably not getting my car) and Erie has sent a $300 refund. Conversation with Erie should not have been done in front of customer.
