Lousy and terrible job. The estimatir was nice and professional. There a gap across the lower bumper it was even across before the crash, it's not after they repaired twice.

I have used caliber multiple times in the past few years. After this repair, I will never use your company again. My wife’s vehicle had damaged to the front from a deer collision primarily the bumper real assembly and the left front quarter panel. This repair took about a month primarily due to delays from the Christmas and New Year’s holiday. When I finally went to pick up the vehicle I paid my deductible and signed all the paperwork and was given the keys. When I was walking towards the vehicle, it was very obvious from more than 20 feet away that the repair was done poorly. When I actually looked at the vehicle, I’m quite frankly surprised that any reputable repair shop would’ve tried to give it back to me in that shape. The front bumper was completely misaligned and still pushed in quite a bit. This was very noticeable from where the hood and the real assembly lineup. The panel gapping around the entire front of the vehicle was just atrocious. The gaps were off between the front car panels and the hood on both sides. The gaping was off between the bumper and the front quarter panels, the gapping was off between the passenger side, quarter panel and the passenger side door. Even the fog light on the lower passenger hand side of the bumper was not fully in place and was slightly hanging out. I rejected a delivery after speaking to one of the managers. I then called my insurance company and reported the issue. About a week later my insurance adjuster had told me that the vehicle would be ready. I did not receive a call from caliber, but I went by the shop to look at it and the vehicle was parked out front. I inspected the front of the vehicle and was still not satisfied with the level of work. While the front bumper and grill assembly were noticeably better they still were by no means repaired to pre-collision condition. The panel gapping between the two front fenders and the hoods was still off in addition to the gapping between the front bumper and the front quarter panel on the passenger side, not only was the gapping off, but it wasn’t a smooth transition one end of the bumper was raised slightly higher by about a 16th of an inch while the opposite of the bumper was sucked down about a 16th of an inch where it meant the quarter panel. The cowl transition gap on the passenger side was still quite off as well. I left without speaking to anyone and immediately called my insurance company. A short while later, I received a phone call from one of the managers at caliber telling me they saw me in the parking lot looking at the vehicle, but I didn’t come in at which point I told her the vehicle was not repaired to pre-collision condition and that I had lost confidence and calipers’s ability to repair the vehicle and they were no longer to perform any work on it. I advised her that my insurance company would be in contact to move forward.
