There was no color match to my new rear hatch/bumper paint. It’s obviously two different colors (original: warm orange, new: cool orange). No recourse offered.

This experience was not good. Multiple times Lori would communicate dates the vehicle would be done, we would make our plans based upon the dates provided, and the dates would change by weeks.

3.5 weeks in delays which could have been easily prevented given better communication between insurance and vendors resulting in over $600 of our of pocket rental expenses past insurance limit and after escalating my concerns where they "took care of a week". Note an additional week of delay beyond the point where they "took care of a week". In total, over $1100 in our of pocket expenses and nearly 2 months without my vehicle when a month and $500 was expected. If you use them as your insurance claim spot, make sure you call them directly to relay every bit of the info included in your claim. The two do not communicate and obvious items to check based on damage may be overlooked causing significant delays.
