Very well-mannered and professional all around. I've talked to Ryan through the whole process of my truck being repaired, and he's been keeping me very well informed if there were any other issues that popped up. Very nice dude. Making the appointment was easy, someone called me right away to clarify expectations. The assessment was very thorough and accurate. I was kept informed about the length of repairs and the advisor was always available for question. The repair itself was perfect. I’m very happy. My bmw is back to its original state. Will highly recommend. I think they do better than BMW themselves.

Staff, especially office/receptionist team, are efficient, sincerely polite and all about customer service. In addition to being helpful, this crew made me comfortable with coffee, candy and a welcoming place to sit down. High marks also go to the crew who makeup the behind the scenes foundation of repair work. Caliber is lucky to have assembled such a dedicated group of employees here in Harrisonburg, Va.

I found damage that I missed going over just the accident areas of the vehicle. Where the back bumper on the drivers side there is damage and rust that was not there before. It looks like it happened when the vehicle was being reassembled or taken apart. There is no gap. I missed it going over it as I just looked over the areas I knew were damaged. There is also a plastic piece at the bottom of the bumper that was damaged during the accident but was not replaced. I noticed there is also damage from the accident that I couldn't see in pictures but compared it to the accident photos. A dent and scuffed on the same damaged part but was there at the time of the accident as this other damage is new. The front end was done perfect and so was the repair on the rear end of the bumper but there is new damage caused from the repair and missed during examination since the part was nor originally damaged. The customer service of this shop was amazing. I'm going to reach out to the shop and Allstate on monday to see what we need to do. I have pics from the accident and pics of the new damage that I can send in.
