There is a small scratch which seems to have been caused by repair. The vehicle is not cleaned and interior was all dusty and dirty from repair and paint even though it was discussed that it would be cleaned. I was initially told it would be replaced with new part but it was repaired and installed without my knowledge.

Caliber collision is always give a superb service. Lori helped me two times to get what is needed to be done in my car two times this year. She is super friendly and knowledgeable. I have a pleasant experience with this team alway. This time they fix my car within 4 days. Really exceed the expectation.
