When windows are up it sounds like the driver side one is cracked down and can hear wind while driving

They didn't take too long and what they did fix is good, but it's unfinished because the window and/or door won't close completely...loud noise with wind when driving over 40 mph. Will fill out a perfect 10 when completely fixed. Contacting insurance again today. Thx.
