This was my our first time involved in a MVA. The vehicle sustained substantial damage. I chose Caliber Collision because of the 5 star review I read. I was more than satisfied. The professionalism that was displayed to me was top notch. I had quite a few questions and the entire process was explained to me with sincere compassion and empathy. The fact that took the time to call and email with updates every few days impressed me beyond words. I had a few concerns, Steven and Brian went above and beyond the call of duty to address my concerns and had the perfect solution. I will ALWAYS remember the kindness in thier customer service.
