Caliber Collision team on Broadway Dr was awesome. James kept me update on the repair of my vehicle and anytime I had a question, he responded quickly. Paint job looks amazing. This location has done some work for me previously and in the future if I need work done, caliber collision is where I will go and will refer my family and friends

Repair was initially supposed to take 5-7 business days. It ended up taking an entire month. The repair is still not complete. The wrong wheel was ordered. I was told that I would need to take my car back instead of driving a rental because it could take some time for the new wheel to come in. I was overcharged when I picked up the car. I even called ahead of time and asked if the amount was correct because the insurance company told me a different amount. I’m having to go back to the office to get a refund. I have no idea when the full repair will be complete because they did not provide a timeline when the wheel would come in.

It doesn't even look like anything was ever wrong with my truck! They were very professional and did an awesome job. Only reason I have a 9 instead of a 10 is that the casing wasn't fully snapped on all the way on my side mirror.

I love the fact that they did everything they could to make me feel as comfortable, not just in the shop, but taking the time to really explain what had to be done to my automobile and letting me know approximately how long it may take, and if longer, they would send me texts to settle my nerves and calm me. GREAT JOB FELLOWS! By the way, the popcorn was a real treat also!
