Picked up vehicle from sunroof repair. Headliner was covered in black greasy handprints. Complained and Left the vehicle for them to clean it. Can’t believe they would even expect me to accept that. This is a new vehicle with only me the driver in it. Next day pick up vehicle after they remove black greasy handprints and it stinks like musty sweaty foul smelling old man. Don’t know what they used or if they used a stem cleaner that was used to clean something horrid. And to add the headliner now is coming unstitched from the sunroof area.

First they were black handprints covering the headliner. Then I had to leave the car another day for them to clean it. Picked it up, it smelled like it was cleaned with a steam cleaner that was used to clean something disgusting prior and still had some spots of black. Now the headliner is coming undone which I totally believe is because of Gerber because it was not like that when I brought it in and was not like that when I left it for them to clean their mess. Could not believe they expected someone to accept the mess they made of the headliner. Now to top it off they put the headliner on my insurance claim. Now my insurance is going to go up when I totally believe it was Gerber who messed up this liner. Gerber should be paying for that liner. If they don’t you can best believe I will be leaving my review, pics, and thoughts on social media. So unprofessional it’s actually unbelievable.

They were nice, but as stated the way they left and cleaned their mess headliner and hoped I didn’t notice is very unprofessional and charging my insurance for their mess up is ridiculous
