We dropped our truck off and was waiting for the repairs, we got a messaged saying repairs were done and when we showed up, repairs haven’t even started yet, they said they reached out to the insurance company and couldn’t get ahold of anyone, we called the insurance company they stated the collision shop never reached out to them about approving additional work. Was told we needed to take truck home due to corporate coming in and they didn’t want any vehicles waiting. So we took the truck back home and waited for approval to come in from insurance. We took the truck back when approval was given, got another text message saying vehicle was done a few weeks later went in on a Friday they said they were waiting on approval for an alignment that alignment hadn’t been done yet, then we got message on Monday that it was done and ready for pickup again went in on Tuesday they said truck had been done for a week but not sure how it had been done for a week if the alignment wasn’t done on Friday. Went back on Wednesday to get the truck and test drove the truck and there is a really bad vibration when we go over 50. The truck still pulls hard to the right when we drive it. We offered for the tech to come on a test drive with us and they refused and they had already test drove it and they said they did not feel anything wrong with even though they did not get past the 50 mph speed because he can not go past the speed limit and we told him we went to the highway to test it out because that was one of our concerns when we came in. It just seemed like no one was willing to help us with concerns that we had at pickup and that we just kept getting the runaround from everyone and basically just seemed like they are just not willing to help and not actually listen to concerns that we had. We don’t mean to start any issues we just wanted our truck back to the way it was before the crash and it’s still not fixed and they refused to help with any concerns after the fact. We did NOT sign off on the truck repairs when we took it off the lot due to us getting a second opinion on the issues we still have with the vehicle.

I think Caliber did an amazing job with my car. Even though it was a minor scratch, it looks brand new and I appreciate their hard work completing the paint job. I also would like to say that the customer service has been great. My estimator was named George and he has been giving great updates on my car and is kind.
