Customer service is a dying breed. Apparently Caliber Collision still believes in it. We were greeted, felt welcomed as well as they sent me notifications throughout the whole process to keep me informed as to what they were doing and the progress. I was never left unsure as to what was going on with my vehicle!

From the initial inspection and checking in of the vehicle to the finish of the vehicle was a great experience. The tech was very thorough and the vehicle was finished in a timely manner. George the Service advisor kept me informed on the progress. I will use Caliber in Hatiesburg again if we ever have an accident and also recommend them to anyone needing body work.
