The work that was done looks great in addition the staff was extremely nice to work with . My only complaint was the price you wanted to charge for fixing a couple of scratches not related to this accident.😔

Would have been a 10 or 20 if you would have fix the 2 small scratches for a reasonable price. Say $100

The original repair was great. Your staff excellent. I made a request to fix two minor scratches not involved in the original accident be repaired and your bill would be an additional $500. These 2 scratches were less then 1/4 inch long. So much for good will. Disappointed to say the least.

Extremely satisfied from the moment, we walked in the door till we picked up our car in excellent condition, the front desk ladies were helpful, professional, and courteous Our technician :Smileyprovided us with all of the information we needed clear estimates as well as information about possible changes once they started digging into the repair when changes were needed he called notified us and asked for our approval to continue frequent text updates kept us informed of the progress and they actually finished the job faster than the estimated time. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this service

Francisco was great to work with! He quickly provided a detailed estimate and was able to get our car into the shop for repair immediately upon receiving the required part. Also, Veronica was very nice and helpful as she efficiently processed the part payment over the phone saving me a trip to the shop. Better yet, Y’all got our car repaired quicker than expected and it looks great! I couldn’t be more pleased and will definitely keep Caliber Collision as our go to fix it shop! Thank You!!
