This shop was so easy to work with and the staff was super friendly! The front desk agent, Veronica, was very helpful, well informed, and overall kind and welcoming. She made dropping off and picking up my car a breeze! My technician, Smiley, was also not only kind and informative but him and his team did an amazing job on my car! Their work was better than I even expected and they got it done in only a few days! I’m not just impressed, but overly impressed. Even though I was in an accident Caliber and the team at this location made it easy, quick and stress free for me. Thank you Veronica and Smiley!!!!!

Francisco Veloz was very courteous and professional. He had a lot of patience with me as it was the first time I had to deal with an accident. I would definitely use Caliber Collision again if needed.
