The mechanic himself smiley was an 6 overall did great work on the vehicle itself. But the only issue I had with this company is they damaged my battery and sent it to Hyundai to use it’s warranty on the vehicle because the car is less then a year old. They damaged the internal parts of the battery what Hyundai told me because they let the battery get to low and it ruined the battery. My vehicle was on hold because caliber didn’t want to take responsibility of ruining my battery so I was out of my vehicle a lot longer then needed to be. After driving back and forth between caliber and Hyundai for 3 days trying to figure out what was wrong with the car in the first place because caliber was saying the damages were not caused by them. I got fed up with the whole Hyundai says this and caliber says that so I went to the manager at caliber. The name was Marie but I think she knew the mechanics didn’t follow the proper procedures and it ended up ruining my cars battery. Caliber should have just said we messed up we will replace your battery and everything would have been fine. Instead they tried to hide the fact they ruined my battery and then try’s to use my warranty. Let me express that again my warranty not your warranty for when you mess up.

sunroof works great & no tiny glass fragments detected. so far, so good. I would, however like to discuss possible air leaking while driving. it may be me, but I need to be assured it's sealed well enough before I take it to the car wash (although I'm sure y'all tested that). it just seems there's more wind noise coming from the closed roof than I recall.

Seamless and easy process to bring your car in. Everyone was professional that worked there and made me feel welcome. Robert was hands down the best technician from any shop I’ve worked with. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. The turnaround time was also good. I got my car back in a timely manner. I appreciate the Caliber Collision team and I would definitely come back if I ever need to.

Very much. In fact, Francisco and I were discussing, I couldn't get scratches out, bringing it to him and the team. This is/was for a completely unrelated item. Price for that seemed pretty fair for a respray.
