chose Caliber Collision based on strong location reviews and initially had high expectations for the repair process. However, communication during the repair was poor, as the I did not receive the promised updates and had to reach out for status information. After the vehicle was returned, several issues were discovered, including an unpainted interior door panel, misaligned doors, the side step that detached due to improper welding, and a large scratch on the rear glass. These problems required me to return the vehicle multiple times before the repairs were fully completed. While the final appearance of the vehicle was Amazing, the overall experience was not great due to inadequate communication and the need for repeated corrections that should have been completed properly the first time. Shawn and Susanna definitely took care of me!
