Great service. Jesus sent me updates daily. Pictures of my truck in various stages as it was being repaired. Working with the insurance company to ensure that they covered all necessary parts and labor. Repairs look good

When picking up I had a scratch on my car and bumper wasn't completely attached. Then when I got home I noticed a chipped paint spot by repair area that wasn't there. The employees are nice.

I was still on the phone with my insurance company when I received a message from Susanna at the front desk offering help to get my repairs scheduled. Tara Butler was my service rep, she was super helpful and explained the whole process and kept me up dated through the entire process. I have used Caliber in the past for my car repairs and would definitely recommend Caliber and Tara to my friends and family.
