I worked with Jacob as my consultant. He was excellent. He kept me informed of all the various steps in getting my car restarted to me. He told me when I could expect the completion of to work to be finished so I could plan for its return. I really appreciated his communications with me.

A complete and utter failure to properly diagnosis problems within the intial inspection of the vehicle before repairs were started. They've shifted blame, citing the problems that only arose after the accieent were there prior to the accident. This is truly a shame, I had trusted Caliber Collision with previous repairs and went with them again as they did an outstanding job the first time. I'llbe speaking with Triple A in seeking that this Caliber Collision is removed from their trusted network of repair experts, as well as speaking to local news outlets to inform them of this frankly egregious behavior that completely goes against their "Repair guarantee" motto. Thank you to whomever takes the time to read this, I suggest you seek better employment with a more reputable, honest company.
