It shouldn't be the customers job to call in and get an update on their vehicle. Would recommended for someone to call text or even email customers more often. You guys need to put yourself in our shoes and realize that this time for us is stressful and the last thing we need to do is worry about whether or not we will receive an update about our car it should be automatic.
