Everyone at this store was wonderful Leslie the office manager was very personable and friendly and knowledgeable and Ben was wonderful Luke I stated earlier , and all though I did not meet the automotive technicians in personal ,I appreciate their very hard work and diligence to get my car repaired correctly and in a timely manner!

Eric was great to work with. He told me how things would work and then kept me informed at each step along the way. Leslie was also helpful and knowledgeable, as was Denny who delivered my car to me. Ben was absolutely amazing to work with! I was informed on the progress daily and really felt welcomed by the rest of the team in Hickory. Brandi was very patient with me and that says a lot because my husband says I drive him nuts, lol. My vehicle looks awesome!! I hope I don’t ever need body work done again but if I do, I will be back! Would absolutely recommend this team.
