Caliber is next level excellent. From the initial phone call I was almost confused by the way you go about it. I felt more like I was checking into a hotel than getting my car fixed. Reception coordinated my rental car pickup, introduced my personal coordinator, then did the same at the end. When I came yo pick up; she even knew my name as I walked in the door. Denny communicated every step of the way, and made it all super easy. I’m actually thinking about wrecking my car again so that I can return to Caliber! 10/10

Excellent customer service! Car was ready before expected day. I love the Tuesday and Thursday updates!! My favorite part my car looks amazing and you can’t even tell it for in a fight with a wheelbarrow and lost. Greta job guys!!
