I do like Caliber. Second time using the company. Hope I don't have to visit often but any car problems I will always think of this company.

Repairs went really well. Car drives amazing. 1 thing that Caliber should do is on the check out list (especially when insurance is involved) is list the day the car was check in, what parts were needed to be order, what day those parts were ordered, what dates the parts arrived, and what day the car was checked out. Currently I am fighting with insurance to get my full rental car reimbursement because they calculate reimbursement on time that the car was actually worked on, not how long the car was at the shop waiting for parts, etc. I reached out to Caliber to get those dates and I have someone working on them, but thought I would mention that so it could hopefully help simplify future customers lives with insurance.

The timeframe to fix my vehicle changed at least 3-4 times, it was initially supposed to take 2-3 weeks and it took 6 weeks. The paint job is not good, it has an orange peel look, there are scuffs on the tailgate that weren’t there before. 0/10

My LED headlight bulbs was removed from my car and regular bulbs put back in not happy about that considering I paid out of pocket for those LEDs
