I was originally told my repair would take 3–4 days, but it ended up taking a week and a half. When I picked up my vehicle, the cap for my license plate cover was missing. There is also a rectangular residue mark on my passenger-side back door that will not come off, and another square residue mark on the bottom of my front right window that also won’t come off. I have pictures of all of these issues available upon request. I honestly hate to even write this review because I’m worried it will take forever to get these problems fixed, and I rely on my vehicle. I also live 30 minutes away, so going back and forth is a real hassle. The situation has been disappointing, but the front desk ladies have been very kind and helpful.

The staff were so friendly and upbeat and went way out to help me with a warranty repair. One of the best customer experiences I have ever had. The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Eddie was fantastic throughout the whole experience—he answered every question I had and kept me informed every step of the way with excellent communication. I was stressed about leaving it there after being told about the "not put it back together together " and inwas on pins & needles the interest time. No key sealed the deal for me

Looks fine until then1st my bro said was "it don't match the body line of the car"&pointed out that the door isnt as close to the frame on as the passenger side. I just discovered today that the KEY DOESN'T FIT THE DOOR LOCK!!! Why on earth would a completely different door nit come with THE KEY THAT FITS IT???

I didn't not appreciate that "if yall take the car apart & find it has more damage that would "total" the car that yall wouldn't put it back together. I do appreciate being told before it was torn down but I definitely did not agree with it but had tension the paper
