I cannot praise this team enough! Everyone from the amazing and friendly receptionist to the adjuster to the people who worked on my car - everyone was absolutely phenomenal to work with! I was told the work could take more than 3 weeks due to the back log and it would possibly be sent to another store but I am glad it was kept in Hickory! They had it done in less than 3 weeks and the dent looks like it was never there! If anyone is in need of body work done on their vehicle, you can stop looking here and just give them a call to set up the appointment! They also worked personally with insurance so I didn't have to do much other than drop it off and pick my car up! 10000000/10 stars! Thank you all again so much!

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision in Hickory, NC—especially after what I can only describe as a “bowling ball bird” incident that took out my grill and A/C! From the moment I called, Denny, Leslie, and the entire repair team were friendly, professional, and on top of everything. They got my truck scheduled in quickly, which was a lifesaver with my tight schedule. Communication was outstanding the whole way through—I always knew what was going on, and that kind of follow-up is rare these days. The repairs were completed promptly, and they really went the extra mile to accommodate my timing. Best of all, my truck looks fantastic and the A/C is working perfectly again—huge win! Many thanks to the whole team. I truly appreciate the quality work and great customer care!

Leslie and the other lady up front were nothing but the best! Treated me like family! From start to finish. Denny made sure I knew about the scratches the tow company did, or I'd of been screwed once I got my Kia back. This team was a pleasure, even under the circumstances. Caliber is top notch!
