Denny did a great job of updating me. I’m grateful that Caliber worked with Progressive Insurance. The receptionist is very nice. Thank you for getting all the Hyundai parts. The entire bumper, quarter panel, sensors, & suspension was replaced. Amazing work!

I have went to pick up my vehicle 3 times and it is still not completed. Still has scratches on the bumper, still has a dent in the hood. Car hasn’t been washed once of the 3 times we have went to pick it up, very sloppy work, dust, wax residue and clumps everywhere. Unbelievable experience so far and cars still not done! 1st time we went to pick it up there was a dent in both doors, that were repaired, front passenger side glass wasn’t repaired, mirror had paint chips, scratches on hood, bumper, and quarter panels, honestly you couldn’t make this stuff up. How does it pass your inspections three times and still not be done correctly? Now I’m having to schedule the paintless dent repair person myself? Like I said, most unprofessional outfit I have ever had to deal with. I would be glad to explain more. Call me at your convenience!

I’ll tell everyone that needs help your the place to go . I said that when I first drove up in the parking lot because the front of the building made me feel like I was at the right place for my car everything so nice clean and professional looking not a junky looking around the building and my car was so nice clean and look like new
