Repairs took a week longer than what I was originally told which caused my rental car limit to expire I asked to get a quote on another area of my truck that I would pay out of pocket, never received a quote

The people were nice but the number has unpainted spots, the aerial was removed and left on the windshield. Once wipers were turned on after leaving they flew into the roadway. Color is not a good match either.

The whole process from drop-off to picup was so easy! The Caliber staff, especially Leslie & Eric, were friendly, outgoing & very helpful. I was kept informed of the progress, with each step explained even before, on my auto repair. They organized my rental too.The work looks beautiful-the paint matches perfectly! And she runs like a dream, so calibration went smoothly. Thanx Caliber Crew for making this 'hiccup' in my life so seamless!

One comment, I had to contact CS to find out if I could take my car through a car wash. They said allow 2 weeks, unless it was a touchless wash. Glad I called, cuz I was about to go to Sam's Xpress where I have a membership!

I was extremely satisfied from the customer service to the detailing on the inside of the car! I didn't expect that but I missed being in my own car after a couple weeks and that was really just the cherry on top. Everything went smoothly with Caliber Collision and I will highly recommend to anyone in need and I myself will come back if I need anything else done in the future. 5 stars!
