Staff at the facility was very nice, very professional but I got bad information over the phone before I came in. I had phoned you location number but he was apparently not part of the location staff. His information was wrong and it created a problem for me.

Repair work was excellent as was the help from the office staff; however the relatively simple repair took 30 days which was longer than promised and unacceptable. That said, the location was transitioning after the recent acquisition by Caliber and that likely contributed to the delays.

Exceptionally courteous staff willing to work with my unpredictable schedule made the process very smooth. When a minor problem with the paint was pointed out, I was quickly told “it would be made right”, and it was without debate. Just a commitment to fix everything. The work done has returned my vehicle to pre damage status and it was completed when I was told it would be. My local Mercedes dealer recommended Caliber Collision which was perfect advice. I’m going to let them know that they should continue their recommendation. Excellent work, excellent staff=highly satisfied client and my highest recommendation as well.

I had to call often to get an update on tbe progress of the repair. Promises that they made to call me were kept about half of the time. Email updates were inaccurate most of the time.
