I am concerned with some scratch marks on the hood that were not buffed out. I needed my car so I left with it. My car was at shop for over a month.

Technical work was very good, administrative support was exceptionally poor. Multiple commitments missed. Be sure to get a rental car, then the missed commitments won’t be as impacting and the excuses won’t matter.

Technical repairs deserve a 10. Administrative work deserves a 1. Poor communication. Poor operational planning took a 3 or 4 day job and stretched it to 12 work days, and 2 weekends. We did not get a rental to try and save the process a few dollars, but didn’t realize that the new Caliber Collision process was so unreliable in terms of over commit and under deliver.

Repair took one month and I continued to receive delays due to parts and eternal services. Facilities had to many jobs exceeding their labor and facilities capability

Nice job with the repairs but there have been some side effects found, such as a new vibration in dashboard and the sun visors were installed on the wrong sides. I will be going back to get these small issues resolved, but overall very happy with the job done.
