I went to the same shop many years ago for a quote on some cosmetic repairs. I was not pleased with the service. I felt like my request wasn’t important enough. I told my myself I would never go back there. Then I recently hid a deer. My insurance company suggested them. I did because they were local to my work and had rental car services through Enterprise Rental Car. What I turnaround. The service was outstanding. Alex kept me informed every step of the way. Some days he reached out twice to make sure I received the messages. It took only three days to repair and it looked outstanding. I would like to have a few cosmetic things done on my current vehicle and won’t even think twice about going back. Thank you to Alex and the ladies working the desk. I felt appreciated this time for taking my business there, even though it was an insurance claim.
