Excellent updates, especially with Brandon in the Spring location for working on the truck good updates and information from caliber collision itself. The work was fantastic on the truck. Everything was done as quickly as they could possibly get it done with holidays included. I will always use caliber collision and hopefully I don’t have any accidents in the future, but they’re my first choice.

Taillights on my truck do not work. No quality control to make sure everything was working properly. Drove for 2 days without working tailights. Took 4 days to get my truck back to location I took my truck to in first place. Thanks

Spoke to my wife. It’s her truck. She is quite pleased with the body work. “Looks like it’s a brand new truck “.

So far so good! I like that we were kept up on the repair process. We were told our vehicle would be done on the 19th of June and Brad made sure we got our car back on that date. He even dropped it off at our home because it was close to closing time and he knew we were paying for a rental because our insurance only paid for half the time it was in the shop. Our car has been running like new. You can’t even tell it was in an accident! Thank you for everything. Hopefully no more accidents but if there is we will be using you again.

I was exceptionally impressed and satisfied with the communication I had with Brandon on the status of repairs on my vehicle and how promptly he was able to complete the repairs. He was very professional, as well as the other staff I spoke to throughout the repair process. He made me and my vehicle a top priority and made me feel confident in the work being completed. I would highly recommend and encourage anyone to use Caliber Collision for their repairs in the future.

I am deeply unsatisfied with the final delivery of my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado. I was forced to take possession of the truck under extreme pressure from my insurance carrier due to automated rental car deadlines, despite the fact that the vehicle remains actively unsafe, unstable, and improperly repaired. I am currently undergoing aggressive physical therapy for severe, debilitating neck, back, and shoulder injuries sustained in this accident. Forcing an injured customer to accept a heavy-duty vehicle that continues to violently shake, wobble, and sway side-to-side on the road is entirely unacceptable and a massive safety hazard. Furthermore, the advanced safety systems on this truck are entirely compromised. The blind-spot mirror proximity sensors suffer from dangerous communication delays, failing to detect trailing highway traffic in real time. This is worsened by a poorly fitting, non-OEM aftermarket chrome bumper that physically interferes with the radar field of view. The only reason I am completing this survey with the hope of a resolution is due to my direct conversation with Location Director Michael Howard. Mr. Howard was professional, listened to my concerns, and did not dismiss my complaints. During our call, he explicitly acknowledged that a severe, side-to-side vehicle wobble points directly to an unresolved structural issue, such as a bent axle or a compromised rear end. Because Caliber's initial $12,707.54 repair invoice involved an invasive rear frame section replacement and heavy structural frame pulling, it is clear that the underlying structural integrity has not been restored to pre-accident factory standards. Mr. Howard standing behind his 35 years of experience is appreciated, but the truck's physical performance proves something is still fundamentally wrong. To resolve this issue, I am holding Michael Howard to his official verbal agreement: He explicitly stated that he will reach out to State Farm to formally petition them for an independent dealership sublet. He promised to coordinate having the truck sent directly to a certified Chevrolet dealership so they can conduct a full mechanical and structural audit, compare Caliber’s repair work against original factory specifications, and identify the root cause of this dangerous wobble. I expect Caliber corporate and Michael Howard to immediately follow through on this commitment, advocate to State Farm on my behalf, and get this hazardous vehicle into a certified Chevrolet facility immediately. I have documented all interactions and test drives, and I will be handing this entire file over to my incoming litigation counsel if this safety defect is not handled with the utmost urgency.

The repair done is unprofessional. The rear bumper finish did not match the original OEM appearance, there were panel alignment concerns, and I experienced rattling noises and loose trim components after pickup. I reported these issues immediately, my final satisfaction will depend on the quality of the corrective repairs.
