I can honestly say that my experience at Caliber Collision on Bammel North Houston has been truly exceptional, and that's thanks to the incredible team. When I walked in after my car accident, I felt overwhelmed, but Lee, my walk-through person, was a calming presence from the start. She was with me every step of the way, providing detailed explanations and a level of personalized attention that made me feel truly cared for. Amanda at reception was another shining example of going above and beyond. She has such a professional tone on the found with a touch of care! Her professional demeanor was reassuring, and I was so touched when she went out of her way to bring my ID to the rental car company after I'd accidentally left it behind. That small act of kindness spoke volumes about the care and dedication embedded in the entire team. And then there's the mechanic – I honestly wish I could have him as my personal technician! His work on my car's repairs was exceptional. The level of detail and expertise he demonstrated truly impressed me, and I felt complete confidence in his hands. The understanding and flexibility shown by the manager Mr. Michael Howard, whom I havent met was also remarkable. Allowing Ms. Lee to come in on a Saturday morning, outside of regular hours, just so I could get my car back promptly, was an incredible act of customer service. It really highlighted how this team prioritizes the customer's needs and goes the extra mile and how he trusts his team and their communication. And finally, to the person who took the time to wash my car, thank you! It was such a thoughtful gesture and it truly made a difference after everything my car had been through. This is the second time I've had to bring my car in for repairs after an accident in a short timeframe, and both times the team at Caliber Collision has exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate each of you for your individual contributions and for creating such a positive experience during a stressful time for the second time! Please continue to foster this culture of kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
