He stayed in touch with me during the entire process with continued updates about the status of my car. Thank you Marquis for the great customer service. I have been to this location twice now and the work done on my car was perfect. You get 10 stars Marquis for helping me through this which included getting my rental car returned to Enterprise. Marquis helped me during the entire process from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked up my car after the repair. He stayed in touch with me during the entire process and helped me obtain and return the rental car to Enterprise. Thank you Marquis for making the entire process such a positive experience when I was not to blame for the damage done to my car. I was initially very upset that someone hit my car but Marquis was so nice and extremely thoughtful and professional.

Gilbert and office staff were friendly and very professional. Gilbert was available to answer my questions by providing his number (I only called once during the process but it was nice to have. I didn't feel the need to call often because the website updates were very helpful. On pickup, Gilbert was kind enough to help reinstall my children's car seats.
