Vicki and Collin were great. Did what they said they would do. Got the car to me 2 days early. I should point out that I took my car to the wrong location initially. But Vicki was able to work me in at the Silber location that is around the corner from my house. Very much appreciated.

Ever since I picked up my car, there has been a weird noise from it, like something was rattling or rubbing against something. It did NOT happen prior to me dropping it off, even after I got hit. It only started happening once I picked it up from Caliber, the first time happening when I was pulling out of Caliber’s parking lot.
