The annoyances were small and honestly what was great was the kindness of your employees and the fact that you brought my car to me and took my rental and that it was cleaned. But seriously, get a tire pressure gauge. That's annoying.

Communication wasn't that great, I had been told that I would have an update/estimate by 'at the latest Thursday'. I wasn't in any rush to get my car back but I was slightly annoyed that I had to call to get an update. If it's taking longer than expected, that should just be communicated. Also, I had asked if the oil could be changed while it was there so that I wouldn't have to take it back to a mechanic to do so, I was informed that wasn't a service you provide which seems weird but okay. What really annoyed me was on my first drive my tire pressure sensor came on. It's small and really not terribly important, it was just extremely annoying because I wasn't able to take care of it until my day off (along with my oil change)

Every one was really nice. I really loved and appreciated that you brought my car to me and took my rental away. All of the women I spoke to on the phone were very kind as was the driver who brought my car.

Our right mirror is severely scratched on cover. Caliber who reset the base after painting said it was not caused by accident which is crazy as it was perfect prior to accident as is the left mirror.
