It looks as though the accident never happened. Tailgate looks and works perfectly. Panels look really good. You even went above and beyond to get ride of some scuffing on the opposite side that wasn’t a result of the accident . Thank you for that. Paint looks like a very close to perfect match.

At the moment I can’t find anything to be critical about on the repair. It looks as good as new. Paint is almost perfect match. Tailgate functions perfectly. Tonneau cover fits perfectly after repair.

Timeframe for repair was quoted as approximately 1 month. Work was done and back in my driveway in 3 weeks. Only minor complaint is that the rental car pickup was kind of a mess but I am not sure I can say this was under the responsibility of Caliber solely
