My car was in repair for a month. I got it back with misaligned rear hatch, fender flare almost coming off, paint chip in 3 different spots, paint bubble, hood is also misaligned.

Hello, I found Caliber Collision online, read reviews, was impressed, and I knew this was the place for vehicle. Ok got that out the way. 1. From the time I walked thur the door, Ms. Amanda greeted me with her smile and professionalism. She helped me a lot. 2. Ms. Lee, Now I can’t say enough about her!! She kept me informed every day about the status of my vehicle and help me with my insurance. I have NEVER had anyone like her before and I have dealt with auto shops. Thx so much Ms. Lee. Keep up the great work😊 3. Car Repair Technicians, I didn’t get with them too much, Ms. Lee kept me informed and I didn’t have to bother them while they repair my vehicle, and greatest thing I can say about them is they did an AWESOME JOB, my vehicle looked like it never been hit. Overall, I’m was very impressed with how they treated me. I certainly will share this experience with my family and friends 😊
