Given the opportunity to have my car repaired by the dealer or by Caliber Collision, I would pick Caliber Collision every time. Not only do they have the best Service Advisors, like Brandon at 425 Bammel Rd in Houston TX, you can also follow the progress of your repairs on the link they send you at check-in. I use my Kia dealer to change my oil so as to maintain my "Forever Warranty" and it is like pulling teeth sometimes to get the status. If dealers want to really provide superior customer service they should look to Caliber Collision as a model.
