The work was not completed as it was returned with damage to the side mirror motor

I had a left side mirror repaired and they did a great job. I had the cover on the right side view mirror replaced. The mirror worked when I brought it to have the cover changed. After they changed the cover the mirror no longer worked. I was told that I would need a new motor for the right side view mirror. The car should have been fully checked before returning it. Additionally you should cover the cost of replacing the motor.

Based on my prior comments. I was told that they would send me a new estimate for the cost to replace the motor. There was no follow up. I thought the work was guaranteed.

Yes, Caliber-Island, in Portchester, NY was very wonderful. Regina, Brener, and Mike were very supportive, took time to educate me about the process and the time involved in the repair.
