CALIBER IS A CLASS ACT. Completely. Notified us through every step of the process, extremely kind from the second I walked in assisting me with getting a rental car, taking the car in evaluating it… They were working on it that day I've gotten some before and after pictures to compare, and it's absolutely phenomenal the work they've done. Pleasant kind, courteous, funny, and shout out to Alessandra who was so very helpful. It's not easy going through a car accident and losing your automobile for any period of time after the shock of the accident. And they even addressed that with us. I'm a talker Just gonna tell you that now after I've already talked your face off, but I could tell you much much more and I would have to do so, I simply want to say thank you. So very very much for all of the hard work and the excellent job.

This entire process of getting the vehicle repaired, was a very positive experience. From entry into their facility, the person at the front desk, and their entire team was professional, knowledgeable and pleasurable! They kept me abreast of the repairs and the process.
