I waited almost a month for my vehicle to be fixed. Caliber Collision originally told me that my car was almost ready and they had to delay two days from the original completion date because my side mirror replacement came in broken; following that, they said my car would be ready the next day. I happen to make an in-person visit and noticed that by entire front bumper wasn’t even on the vehicle! I was supposed to get my car on July 17th and didn’t get it until July 30th! Additionally , my car’s front bumper is slightly detached along with the side panels near the windshield. This also affected my rental costs , causing me to have to pay out of pocket .

Car is missing the cowl cover clip on the side is was worked on but nothing a few cents can’t replace Weather stripping for the window on the outside of the door was adhered with glue when it has clips to clip not sure why but looks ok

I’m a little late on this review and could not access the link because i was overseas for whatever weird reason I was a little skeptical at first because I had been through a repair shop before and they did a horrible job. After speaking with the insurance agent i picked caliber collision because it seemed very reputable. I’m not sure who the person was at reception desk I do not remember your name but sir you are a rockstar thank you for everything you did from personally working on my car to handling the front desk and keeping a smile the whole time even when I asked you to not bother in cleaning the car since I was gonna leave it at the parking lot at my job you still went and cleaned it. To me quality is in the small details and this shop, these people met my expectations I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thanks Ed and thank you sir at the reception desk.
