Caliber in Port Chester did a great job . However I was NOT happy with text messages I got from Caliber (main office ?) saying my repairs would take longer than I expected - and it wasn’t true anyway. My local Caliber correctly told me that repairs would be done sooner, and they were.

The staff is professional, very helpful and knowledgeable from the receptionist to the repairmen. Honestly the experience was unique because I did not expect to be treated so well; and the job is excellent: the car was fit for the showroom, and I left the rental car at the shop to be returned by the staff. Fantastic work folks. If I need auto bodywork in the future, I’ll definitely go back.
